Veratek Self-Crimp Fittings are designed for easy, leak-free conversions from Kitec plumbing. Available in four pipe sizes (1/2", 5/8", 3/4", 1") and four end options, these fittings support hot and cold water lines, ideal for homeowners and professionals alike.
Originally used in floor heating systems, Kitec piping can now be upgraded with Veratek fittings to connect to manifolds, radiators, sprinkler systems, domestic water lines, and more. The aluminum design resists corrosion and ensures reliable heat transfer in glycol-based systems. Transition smoothly from Kitec to modern systems with minimal disruption and major cost savings.

Installation Tips
- Always use non-petroleum lubricants to protect O-rings
- Check pipe ends for damage; cut back if needed to ensure a clean seal
- Fully compress the crimping tool to avoid leaks or fitting failure
- Do not use with outdoor boiler systems or glycol solutions with additives—risk of corrosion
